Christopher Howell has over 26 years experience of consulting and coaching. Having consulted on successful organisational changes involving both information technology and business. His clients have included central and local government, finance, manufacturing, insurance and ‘Top 100’ companies. He has a BSc Hons in Psychology, an MSc in Organisation Development using NLP and is both an NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer trained. He is a professionally qualified project manager (ISEB and PRINCE2) and experienced managing at senior level within large global change programmes.
Christopher has trained as a Co-Active coach and uses his significant experience in training and facilitating to support senior executives in making life and business changes. He has excellent listening, questioning and facilitation skills. He also works as a senior coach on the ‘Ultimate NLP Master Practitioner’ course run by PPD Learning and is one of their associate business NLP trainers.
Christopher enjoys delivering training, consultancy and performance coaching to define visions, optimise strategies, facilitate organisational change and achieve outcomes.
