Christopher Howell has over 28 years experience of consulting and coaching. Consulting on successful information technology and business organisation changes. His clients have included central and local government, finance, manufacturing, insurance and ‘Top 100’ corporations. He has a BSc Hons in Psychology, an MSc in Organisation Development using NLT, and he is Trainer trained with NLP University. He is a professionally certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), project manager (ISEB) and certified Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC) , with experience managing at senior level within large global change programmes.
Christopher uses his training as a Co-Active coach and his significant experience of NLP to facilitate senior executives in making life and business changes. He has excellent listening, questioning and facilitation skills. He is an associate business NLP trainer with PPD Learning and has integrated relationship coaching skills from the ORSC toolset to provide relationship systems coaching to business partners, teams and organisations.
Christopher enjoys delivering training, consultancy and performance coaching to define visions, optimise strategies, facilitate organisational change and achieve outcomes.
