Terms and Conditions for Payment of Personal Coaching

Payments: Full payment is due when sessions are booked. Regular bookings are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment is accepted by electronic transfer, cash, cheque or credit card.

Personal Life Coaching rates are only available for self-financed clients and are given exclusive of VAT:

Personal Life Coaching is from £200.00 per month. This includes three telephone coaching sessions of 45 minutes. Face to face meetings in Central London are from £200.00.
Personal Relationship Coaching for Couples is from £240.00 per month. This includes two telephone coaching sessions of 55 minutes. Face to face relationship coaching sessions in Central London are from £240.00.

Cancellation / Refund Policy: A full refund is available up to 24 hours in advance of the session time. If sessions are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the session is considered as a missed appointment.

Privacy Policy: It is the policy of Commercial Logic Ltd. that financial and credit card details are not retained. Commercial Logic Ltd is registered with the Data Protection Act.
