Business strategy, planning and implementation
Company directors and management teams are facilitated through a process of developing:
- Vision, mission and values? Techniques from a range of sources including NLP, Organisation Relationships Systems Coaching, Values and well-being research, brand management and business strategy are used to facilitate alignment on the vision, mission and values
- Consultation with the staff and organisation at each stage to ensure:
- The validity and integrity of the process,
- Inclusion of the whole organisation to facilitate alignment and
- Maximise the richness of organisation awareness through the diversity of its contributions
- Analysis of the company's present state, using techniques such as STEEPLE, 7S model, 5Ps model, Porters 5 Forces, financial analysis, SWOT and TOWS matrix to identify risks and opportunities
- Facilitation of the generative and creative processes to identify the key strategic options using a range of techniques from assessing standard strategic options (such as cost/value/segment, or Ansoff's Matrix) through a host of tried and tested strategic possibilities to the generation of unique innovative solutions.
- Evaluation of strategic options against vision, values and scenario modelling. Facilitating the development of each scenario based on equal probability and identifying early warning indicators
- Planning and Implementation of the strategy through recruitment, feasibility analysis, budgeting, programme and project initiation, change management
- Monitoring and review. Setting up processes such as to ensure the appropriate monitoring of scenarios, risks, opportunities, business success criteria, progress against plans, achievement of anticiapted benefits and the organisation vision, mission and values
