What is Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC)?

Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) benefits couples, partnerships, teams and whole organizations.

The difference between ordinary Relationship Coaching and Relationship Systems coaching is that in Relationship Systems coaching, the relationship is created as a 3rd Entity (TM). The 3rd Entity (TM) is created through whatever the participants in the relationship put in there. It is very real. Normally, there are both conscious and unconscious factors affecting the 3rd Entity (TM).

Relationship Systems Coaching raises awareness of what is there in the 3rd Entity (TM) and what is not there. The coach unfolds the evidence happening in the relationship. With this deepened learning, participants in a relationship can make more informed choices about their actions and their intentions for the relationship. So, the coaching opens up many more possibilities and facilitates alignment on a better way forward.

Such coaching work requires a very different set of skills from those needed to coach individuals – even individuals within relationships or groups.
